Digitally perfected “scroll stopping” cover photo. Additional effort and time editing in lightroom. Larger more labor intensive properties will increase turnaround time. Lifestyle or detail shots on request or if there are unusual standout features. Emphasis on highlighting quality and detail without ignoring pace. Can add video, aerial photo/video and Matterport virtual tour.
